How do we support Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City?

We plan and host multiple major fundraising efforts throughout the year. Our longest-running event is our Hearts for RMHC Race featuring 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Walk, and Fun Run options.

We now also offer a Charity Golf Tournament each August, as well.

One of the largest fundraisers for RMHC nationally is the Chicago Marathon. Hearts for RMHC organizes the Team Ronald McDonald chapter for Kansas City, holding multiple titles for fundraising and headcount in the U.S. and globally. We are consistently one of the largest, most successful fundraising teams in the Chicago Marathon.

We occasionally provide volunteers or assist in the recruitment of volunteers for Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City. This includes but is not limited to prepping meals at the RMHC houses downtown, decorating for holidays, assisting in special events for RMH, selling football flags, and more.

Through our lineup of events, our network within the Kansas City area, and our ongoing work, we aim to continuously increase awareness for RMHC, the work its doing, and the needs of the organization and its families in the Kansas City area.
